Blue Hood Games ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Idle Deepcore mobile application ("the App") on iOS and Android devices.

  • Game progress: Your save data and gameplay progress, stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our servers if you enable cloud saves.
  • Device information: Device model, operating system version, and app version, collected automatically for crash reporting and compatibility purposes.
  • Support requests: Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us through the in-app support form or our support page.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide core game functionality and save your progress
  • Respond to your support inquiries
  • Diagnose crashes and improve app stability
  • Send important service updates related to the App (no marketing emails without your explicit consent)

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

  • Apple Game Center / Google Play Games: For achievements and leaderboards, governed by Apple's or Google's respective privacy policies.
  • Crash reporting: Anonymous crash logs to help us fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is included.

We do not use third-party advertising, analytics trackers, or data brokers.

Your game data is stored primarily on your device. If you opt in to cloud saves, data is stored on secure servers hosted in Switzerland. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
